Regency Pacific Management is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist/Bookkeeper at our corporate office. This position works with approximately 17 facilities (a balance of skilled nursing and assisted living communities) to ensure timely processing and payment of high-volume accounts payable.

You Will:

• Provide effective internal and external customer service
• Filing and Sorting
• Processing checks and mailing according to schedule
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Enter invoices into our accounting system
• Ensure all invoices are accounted for with proper documentation and processed timely
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies to ensure the facility remains in good standing with the vendor community
• Process recurring invoices, those done at the corporate office level
• Print and process bi-monthly check runs and demand checks as needed
• Maintain and file all month-end close back-up processed at the corporate office
• Communicate with facilities and vendors on payment requests based on our policies

You Have:

• Willingness to learn full-cycle accounts payable in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
• Must be reliable, professional, and organized.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Ability to work effectively with team members
• Must have a sense of urgency and excellent follow-through skills
